หากผสมกับสีอะคริลิคจะทำให้สีอ่อนลง เนื่องจากใน MODELING PASTE มีผงสีขาว (White pigment) เป็นส่วนประกอบ
ทำให้เจือจางด้วยน้ำได้
กันน้ำและไม่เหลือง
ทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ด้วยน้ำหลังจากใช้
ควรใช้ในอุณหภูมิห้องที่สูงกว่า 10 องศา

Amsterdam modeling paste is an acrylic paste for creating a textured painting surface and can be considered as simply a viscous gesso. A coat will dry in more or less a few hours depending on the thickness of the coat. When dry it forms an “open” surface that can be painted over with acrylic, oil, and other paints (including glazes). If you are making a texture with large differences in levels it is advisable to mix the paste with about 30% (EXTRA) HEAVY GEL MEDIUM – this is particularly true when flexible surfaces are serving as the substrate. In this way, the formation of cracks during the drying process can be avoided. For pastose painting with a brush or putty knife acrylic paint can be mixed into this modeling paste in order to give the paint more body. Because this modeling paste is white pigmented, the colour hue will thereby become lighter depending on the amount added, i.e. the more paint, the less the lightening effect.
